University of Novi Sad

The University of Novi Sad is now the second largest among six state universities in Serbia. The main University Campus, covering an area of 259,807m², provides the University of Novi Sad with a unique and beautiful setting in the region and the city of Novi Sad. [READ MORE]

Wider objective of this project is development of partnership between universities and enterprises. This will be provided through:

  • Education of university professors and assistants in the area of LEANView definition in a new window thinking by EU partners
  • Development of 3 LEAN centres for consulting and training
  • Curriculum revision and integration of LEAN thinking in the at least 16 existing university courses
  • Education and training of students during and after the project’s lifetime
  • Education of enterprise employees and practical implementation of LEAN thinking in enterprises during and after the project’s lifetime
